Pni second time round?

Hello

My LO is 14 months and soon (in a years time probably) we will think about having another one.

I just wanted to know what the chances are of me getting it again (i know its a stupid question) and if I do will it be as bad or as long..

What can I do to prepare..?

Any advice would help..

I've just come across this post and apologize for no-one replying to you yet. I have 3 children and have had PNI twice, with my last 2. I was very worried about it all through my 3rd pregnancy but they say 'forewarned is forarmed' and its true, i got help straight away after my 3rd baby was born and have now recovered. Thats not to say you will definately get it again though, there is no evidence that because you have already had it you will get it again. My only advice would be to voice your concerns with your GP/midwife when the time comes for you to have another one. Oh and good luck!
