Hi Jay,
I did have it - and recently my mum said one of her friends has it and listens to the radio or music to get off to sleep. Don't know if this would help with PNI, but it was just soenthing I'd heard xxx

Hi Jay.
I just wanted to say this is something I suffer with too. I find it is always worse when I am stressed or very low. It does seem to go as you get better. Mine went completly a while back and now it just comes and goes when I am having a particuly rough time. I found it was worse when its quiet, ie when I was trying to sleep or everyone was out and music was my answer as well.

Yeah I was like that with the PNI, fuzzy and sensitive. I very very rarely get it these days unless I am really run down or stressed. TBH it was the least of my annoying symptoms when I was ill so just put up with it, but there were times i would feel like going mad over it.

Doctors really should learn more about PNI ... I cant believe how many of us have the same symptoms !!
I have never once been told that this could all be down to the PNI which has just made my anxiety so much worse trying to find answers !!!!
Thankyou so much girls for supporting me so much. Im so glad i found you all xx
