As from tomorrow I am intending to start afresh and get fit and healthy again. Have quite a bit to lose but will weigh myself tomorrow to find out I am hoping to set myself small exercise tasks every day so if anyone fancies giving it a go with me then feel free to join in. It will be simple thinks like 20 squats as need to get my legs sorted out so this little extra will help. Am determined to get my life back on track and my weight is one of my major issues so am right here with you all Liz x

Oh me me, I want clear instructions on any excersises you do so I can copy them. Really don't have a clue with this sort of thing. I'm basically back to walking the kids to and from school at the moment. I won't suggest you do the same as it wouldn't really benifit you to walk to the front gate and back again would it ;D

hahahahaha, well will talk to Pete and see what we can come up with as there are lots of things you can do at home easily. I think that if we know someone else is doing it then it will help Do you have any resistance bands Giz, these are great for helping tone up. I thought they were useless until I used them properly. xx

I go to the gym but am USELESS. 10 mins on exercise bike and I feel like I am dying so I will join in with your exercices too!

I use to go down the gym but really need to start exercising properly again. Will start a new thread with an exercise for each day of the week, will try and do a different area of the body each day Liz x

Hi Liz. Yeah I think we have some resistance bands. Well put it this way Steve was given these rubber ribbon thingys from the physio a green one and a stronger blue one, think thats what they are.
