grab two tins/bottles of water etc, same weight. Hold down by side and lift arms to shoulder height in front of you. Do this 12 times and have a short break,(30 secs) then 12 times, short break, 12 times, collapse with aching arms

Done it!
Couldnt find 2 water bottles of same weight/size though so had to use two bottles of budweiser out of the fridge so hands are now very cold - lol x

I wouldnt advise attempting that as he is also black belt karate rofl, I tried to punch him in the midst of my PNI and never did it again xx

Now I am not sure if I should tell him or not as I know what a pig he can be when he gets his exercise head on, we may not make it through to the end of the week

I had to post and let you know - that todays exercise has actually screwed my diet! Since using those bud botles for the arm exercices i couldnt get them out of my head, and so have now caved and opened one! LOL
