Hi girls need some help doing quite well on my diet lost half a stone but it keeps going wrong at 5pm and I eat bread or crumpets or even ten glade cherries. Any ideas what I cam do to stop the 5pm pig out.

Haha, I know that feeling!!!
Currently sat with 2 packs of French fries, a whole box of chocolate fingers and a chocolate mousse I'm tucking into!! My pig outs come around 10pm though!!

...I keep thinking 'if I had a small bowl of porridge it'd fill me up without it bring bad for me', but making the porridge seems too much like hard work so this is a) quicker and b) tastier!

my weight problem is still a mixture of meds and alcohol... but have lost some more so battling on...
For 5pm munchies.. and this will sound sad... celery sticks with some yummy dips??
