Linden method app

Sorry also forgot to ask has anyone tried the linden method and is it worth the 70 pound price tag on my iPad apps? At the minute I would pay 7000 to get rid of anxiety but don't want to be ripped off xx

Just had a quick look... I would personally say you can get all that help and info from a Doctor/therapist for free!
...but I've not tried so can't give a concrete answer sorry hun.

Hi there, I'm not too sure of what the Lindon method claims to do i just remember searching for anything that i thought would help me when I was at my worst and ended up spending more money than it was worth. As Nat says, the counselling or cbt that is available either on the nhs or privately would probably be the better option xx

Hiya, I did alot of research into it. I ended up paying £50 for the DVD and an phone session.

There is nothing there that CBT etc can't teach you if you have this support ?

I have the DVD still you're welcome to have it if you like!
