Hello and welcome :-) I have worried about everything you mention and more! I'm lucky(unlucky?!) that I have the benefit of hindsight- this is my second time with PND and last time I was utterly convinced that I was dying. All the time. Everyday. And that was 4 years ago, it turned out that apart from PNI I was completely healthy. Thus illness has many physical symptoms and you've had them checked out and you're not physically unwell. I know this is hard but have faith and trust the docs. Be so kind to yourself, you are deserving of so much care and love mumma. You can do this. Keep talking about your worries, it really helps and a huge well done for all the hard work you've done getting yourself help. We're here for you xxx

Welcome to our site
It sounds like that the health worries you had could well have triggered PNI, which is understandable and common too. PNI also triggered my health anxiety and I used to worry about it 24/7. I'm sorry you're going through this as its just awful. But please remember you will recover.
It's really positive you're under the care of your dr. I too took citalopram 10mg which helped initially then stopped so my dose was doubled to 20mg which worked for me. I found out after from a friend who also took citalopram and whose dr informed her that the 10mg dose is very low and usually needs to be upped. It might be worth talking to the dr about this.
PNI for me also commenced with odd physical symptoms like you've described - this seemed to trigger the anxiety. All tests proved negative but for me these inexplicable symptoms seemed to point to some horrendous illness and Boone could allay my fears.
Anxiety can bring on horrible symptoms - panic attacks, tingling, visual symptoms, feeling spaced out, to name a few. It's good practice for the dr to check these out.
Once you fall into this pattern of worrying it's hard to break these thought processes. Counselling especially cognitive behavioural therapy can be good for this. It's worth talking to dr about this.
As hard as life is you will recover do pls don't lose heart and keep talking X
