Magazine article: looking for dads

I've just spoken to Veritee and she has given me permission to post this message.

I'm writing an article for REAL magazine relating to PNI - particularly about the effect the illness can have on dads as well as mums.

I'm trying to find two or three dads who have either started sharing childcare or who have taken over as the primary childcarer in order to support their wife and help her to recover. Perhaps you are job-sharing or she has gone back to work full-time while you have become a stay at home dad.

If you have this experience and would be willing to do a short interview on the phone, you'll be paid for your time. While names / photos would be grand, you can contribute anonymously and your identity will be protected.

All case studies will be treated sensitively and respectfully.

I hope the article will raise awareness of post natal illness and how it impacts on the whole family - also how partners/husbands can really help their wife or girlfriend to get through it.
