OK, here goes.
I have decided that in order to keep reminding myself that there are good things in my life and I have lots to live for I am going to share them with all of you and hopefully you will all do the same in return. Sort of a morale booster for all of us I suppose. And keep it updated daily, even if it means repeating ourselves to the point where we feel as though we are chanting!
I know there will be days when we all feel like S*** and wont be able to see the positive things in our life but I thought if it is written on here ( when we are having a good day ), then we can refer to it when having a bad day. Im not trying to say that this will be the end to all of our problems but its a start.
So everyone, get thinking and post on this thread all the wonderful and happy things you can think of in your life. List them numerically and the last one on your list should read ' I AM GOING TO BEAT PNI, PNI IS NOT GOING TO BEAT ME !!!!!!!! '
So here is my list to get us all started x
1. I have a wonderful family.
2. I am lucky to be in a loving relationship with the father of my child.
3. I have a beautiful daughter with the most adorable smiles I have ever seen.
4. I have always been lucky to have supportive friends who are there for me whenever I need them ( I just need to let them in a bit more ).
5. I have a nice home and live to a comfortable standard.
6. I love the feeling i get when i sing at the top of my lungs when my cd's are on.
7. I am thankful that when I wake in the mornings I can roll over and have a cuddle with the love of my life.
8. I love that I am a big sister to my 2 little brothers and know that I will always be there for them.
9. I have so many milestones to reach with Isabelle - 1st, birthday, walking, going to primary school, secondary school, her 18th birthday ( it goes on and on! ).
10. I am going to have more children, not knowing if I will have another girl next time or have a boy - it excites me thinking about what my future children will look like.
11. I have been lucky enough to find support from some of the nicest people I have known on this forum to help me through my needy times.
12. I have my first summer with Isabelle to look forward to, days on the beach, family barbeques etc...
13. I have more love in my life than I could ask for.
14. I have the rest if my life to experience all the wonderful things I havnt yet done.
15. I AM GOING TO BEAT PNI, PNI IS NOT GOING TO BEAT ME.
Well im sure I have missed some things but its a start.
I hope you all feel up to doing this at some point. I have been wanting to do this on here for a while but havnt felt up to it. Lets hope I can practice what I preach and try to refer to this in my bad times.
Love to you all, and remember if you remember something new each day you are greatful/thankful for, add it on, it will hopefully be inspirational to all of us that we can try to be positive enough for 5 minutes to put a smile on our face and write it down.
