Good for you Kirsti
This is what we all like to hear.
It is so nice when you start to feel 'normal' again and you can start to enjoy your life and more especially your child/ren
All the best

Just a few words of encouragement to others.I know that you think thast you will never be rid of this illness but if you take the tablets which do help trust me .I didn't want to go on them but i HAD to .If you think positive and be positive you will beat this .I have .You need to be strong don't dwell on what happened yesterday think of today as a new day.Make rota's to tell you what to do in the day even if you complete 5 that is a great accomplishment and keep doing the same everyday.Take long walks they really helped me a lot.Whether you walkj with your child/ren or walk alone they help so much but don't walk in noisy places nice queit roads with nice scenery and things to look at to keep your mind accoupied.I hope you all get better and if anyone EVER needs to talk i am always here you can contact me on here on msn at twiggy_1987@msn.com or yahoo on scots_brunette_barbie@yahoo.co.uk.
