I'm fine, busy supping wine!!! I've noticed with my ADs I get really flushed cheeks when I drink. I look positively healthy for once, not my normal transparent skinned self!!!

Hi Fran, Hope you're doing OK - Don't be pissed off and angry with yourself. It takes two and your hubby is just as responsible as you - you are not stupid. Do you know where you are in your cycle and if there is a risk of getting pregnant? You do need to get some contraception sorted though.... (says me who hasn't done yet - I have all the words but don't do anything myself). What about getting a coil fitted? You would know you are protected then and couldn't get pregnant - which is certainly not what you need at the moment. Does your hubby worry about you getting pregnant again?
Take care Kathy

Hi Fran, as everyone says don't beat your self up about this. There are 2 of you in this relationship, and it shouldn't always be the woman who takes responsibility for contraception. Your hubby knows your feelings on this issue, and should really respect how you feel. He also must know how how vulnerable this PNI can make you, and should know better than to take advantage of this. Hope you are OK hunny, is it too late to take the emergency pill? I gather you are not keen on this, but it may be better than worrying until your next period arrives?? Sending you a big hug Love Toni

yes thanks lisa , im well chuffed really , last thing i want is another pregnancy altho if it happened i would just come on here everyday and moan the whole nine months and then be madly in love with the baby again and have chronic pni forever and a day so its best eh that i dont get caught i think , weighing it up like that.
