seroxat and crap libido

anyone else out there found that anti-d's affected their libido? it's mad i have great sexy dreams (another side effect) but little interest in the real thing...

This is so common. I didn't have much a of a sex drive when bad with PNI, but wehen we did do it, I'd enjoy it so to speak and be able to climax. However, immdediatly when starting on antids (citalopram) the climaxing part stopped. Used to have sort of hot flushes in stead. This over the course of several months did improve. I've jsut weaned off antids and amd really up for sex. So it does come back!

im taking seroxat 40mg and have no interest in sex whatsoever! i think weve only done it once this year haha nevermind, im sure this will sort itself out - its not that big an issue as im lucky my other half hasnt got a high libido - (ever since we found out i was preggers he went into shock and is frightened to go anywhere neAR me! haha) which is good.

i think the sex drive is one of the last things to come back. enjoy the rest!
