headaches and pains

hi girls

just want to put a post about this incase someone finds it useful at some time , anyway been seeing an osteopath a couple times a week for ages now , it started when the doc said i should give it a go as i was getting headaches , anyway i went very reluctantly , well he said he sees loads of women after having a baby and they all seem to suffer with anxiety which in turn is why he gets to see them as he said that when we are anxious we hold our necks differently and our posture gets wrecked basically , i know we all know this anyway but for someone whose getting strange physical things going on it could be connected to the neck or back or pelvis , anyway lots of nerves in the neck which if your tense can affect them and they can make you feel numbness and cold patches in different areas and nausea , plus if its in your back you can get stomach cramps and pains in your legs ,

anyway just thought it might help , by the way money well spent byt he way , tis the only private medical stuff i did that i dont feel as if i wasted money on

A friend of mine went to see an osteopath for symptoms of anxiety/ depression and swears by itx

yeah well that part is working to a point but anyway i wont go into the rest of the crap at the moment as its like a living hell , cant even describe it really at the moment , just doing what the wise ones tell me to do it and struggling with everyday , just plodding along which is all i can do at the time being , been stopped from drastic measures three times now so im just keeping myself in this hell cocoon until i feel stronger to cope with everyday stuff aswell as this crappy illness whether its physical or mental byut god knows it makes you doubt it doesnt it what is the actual cause , feeels severe to me , anyway kids are fine in spite of me not because of me , hope ure ok babe , and ure kiddies
