everything's going so fast its scary and out of control, i look back on the day and its as if its happened in a flash. it makes me feel so vulnerable like i have no control over what's happening. my thoughts and actions are so rushed and i cant slow down. this has been happening for the past few days. is this anxiety? im scared my life's going too fast and ill be old soon - bizarre i cant enjoy the moment i dont want my life to go fasti want it to be normal!
i want to have the same chance at life as everyone else.

Hi Gail
I hope you're feeling a bit better today. As for days going like a flash, I know what you mean - racing thoughts and everything at 90mph for me (with PNI) . I think it was the anxiety side, even if hormones as root cause. I don't know. But this is so much better now. Almost the other extreme to start with during my recovery - lounging around and day seemed like dragging....so many extremes with this illness aren't there?
Anyway, have yourself a good weekend
Hopefulxx

Hey Gail,
I know the feeling, its awful isn't it? At the moment you are probably feeling like this is the worst thing ever but I do believe it will calm down. Just take each day at a time and try not to do too much if you aren't up too it!
I do feel that anxiety is the main cause for this problem with me because this feeling 'used' to happen (I type the word used as it hasn't happened for a day but I guess it could come back!) between 7am-noon. I was extremely anxious and didn't know what to do so I would pace up and down the room for ages or try to clean my kitchen and get nowhere.
I hope today is treating you better! Lisa xx
