Hi Gail,
Reading your posts elsewhere and here, i just wanted to say that it sounds as though your not eating except when your feeling really hungry/starving? is this the case? I know when i was breastfeeding that i had to eat little and often to keep my energy levels and sugar levels up. Everytime you feed your baby, your body is using up heaps of energy and leaves you feeling zapped. This would explain your low energy levels and low sugar levels too? Have you thought about keeping a food diary? (i know its a pain in the arse) but then you might see a pattern developing or where your bad habits are (i'm not saying you've got any but you never know). Just a thought?

Hiya Gail,
I agree with Sarah, seems like your not eating enough hunni, I'm also bad for that, I quite often don't eat until tea time, but then I snack, and eat loads of rubbish, I'm a self confessed chocoholic! Try eating little and often, although when I do that, it's a biscuit and a packet of crisps, perhaps not the best way to go! lol

Try not to let your body get so run down - I know it's hard and sometimes food is the last thing on your mind but it really important to help yourself in any way possible.
I would put a bowl of nuts near somewhere I would be regulalry - the kithchen or near the computer which would remind me to have a nibble or I'd make sure that when I fed little one I made myself eat a cereal bar of slice of toast or something. Worked it in to my routine kind of thing. Would that work for you? It's not ideal but at least keeps you going a bit. Make sure you get at least one meal a day and try to work up to more eh?
