Hiya everyone,
Sorry I've not been around for a while, but I've just moved into my new house (yipee) and its been a while getting the computer up and running again! Still, I'm back and I hope you're all well.
I was just reading through some of the threads and I thought who do people actuallyb call when they're feeling really low or worse?
I remember being at home with my little one and feeling so scared and I couldnt get anyone to talk to, however much I tried and it was the worse time of my life....My heart just goes out to others suffering the same on their own and I wish there was something that could be done?
Anyway, would be interested in who people actually turn to if they dont have family close by etc? Thinking of you all and hoping you're all having a sunny day....Love n hugs Cinders xxx

Hi Cinders
Lovely to hear from you - (((hugs))))
How is it going in your new house?xx
In answer to your question - close family (mum & dad) , once the samaritans, ....but also quite often my GP/ NHS Direct (who gave me a panic helpline that I did not ever use) - but I did speak once t a wonderful Scottish nurse who was very reassuringx
As I have felt less vulnerable this has extended to friends and sometimes people on the forum (x).
Keep in touch
Hopefulxxx

Hiya Hopeful and Cazfletcher,
Lovely to hear from you both....Thanks for the hugs Hopeful, made me smile, bless ya.
The house move has gone great. I was a little worried about moving in cause it was change (dont like change), but things have gone great..Kids are all happy, I'm being a gym goddess at the mo (need to get my own seat put in there) and doing some voluntary work so things are going well.
This topic is definately something I've been thinking about a lot. It was a horrible time being alone and having no one to talk to and I do wish there was something that could be done....if you get any ideas let me know..
Anyway, hope you're both well and keeping happy...speak to you soon, Love n big hugs Cinders xxx
