is there anything herbal you can take with anti d'

been reading some of the alternate remedies and was wondering if there is anything herbal i can take along side my anti d's.

Taking herbal stuff alongside anti-d's is generally not a good idea but please ask your GP if it's a route you'd like to try. Depending on your doses will depend on the side affects etc. I think the main complication with taking both is that generally they are trying to do quite similar things but in different ways. Best to seek the GPs advice on this one.

I know for a while I was using chinese herbal medicine and also citalopram - but was weaning off the citalopram - increased the side affects for a bit. Wouldn't advise that move again!
