The linden method

Hi everyone

Has anyone got any views or information on the Linden method of which there is a link to on the home page of this site. It looks good for panice attacks. Just wanted to see if anyone has any info.

this is what i've found so far on a forum:

the linden method is similar to cbt in that he tells you to directly challenge your fears to get rid of the anxiety.. basically exposure to the fear..it also has some cd's for relaxation..and some other methods that are useful. It can be very beneficial for treating panic attacks and anxiety.. but it will not stop ocd..

when i typed 'the linden method' in the search bar all i seem to get is advertising for this program which reading some of the forums on anxiety and panic attacks its very expensive! and not all that good?? not my opinion as i'd never heard of it.

I will try and look into it more tomorrow.
