please can someone give advice on this

i wrote a message re dla about two weeks ago maybe more but my form needs to be sent back and im not sure if i have covered anything

Hiya newie,
The only advive i can give you about what to write on your form is that your really sad most of the day, that your mother or someone else helps you alot with the baby and all, and that you have someone stay with you over night, also that you dont do alot of cooking that someone you know helps you alot with that task, you need to tell them how you feel when you have to do these things, if you can try and make it sound that you have low self esteem and no energy what so ever with every day tasks like looking after your apperance the lack of sleep with worrying about all sorts, you cry most days because you dread everyday waking up and feeling so low and depressed and that you have no up and go energy and this present time.
With my form i had to get a professionl to write it out for me as i had'nt got a clue what to say even though i have lots of problems but he knew what exactly to write, it also really depends on what your doctor says about you as that helped alot with me getting DLA, i know that cause it says it on the form that they send back to you if you get accepted.

Dont'have much advice but if it's the same thing as a friend applied form put down how you feel on your worst day, even if that's not how you feel at the mo.
