I have a meeting mext week with my boss and am very stressed about it all. I dont think I can cope with going back to work and seeing them let alone putting my side of the argument forward for flexy working hours. They are trying to push me out anyway... Feel very scared and anxious..

Hi Smiley
I had a meeting with my boss before going back to work and stressed about it for about two weeks before! At this point I could brely get out of the house, so it seemed impossible to even attend this meeting let alone function in it!
As it happened, it wasnt that bad. Abd I got what i needed out of it in the end. I am sure it will be the same for you hun. Just take deep breaths, and plan to do something for you after the meeting like buy yourself something from a nice shop or something. (I went straight to mothercare and blew a hundred quid!)
Will be thinking of you x

Hey girls.. it was this morning and I felt surprisingly ok on the way there. Afew deep breaths were required on the tube though! I couldnt quite believe it but I think I might get exactly what I am asking for! I was more or less on form during the meeting and felt quite confident. Felt ab it dodgy in the afternoon and quite down thereafter and this evening. Well atleast I am getting some highs now!
Thanks for caring
