Should I stop her wearing nappies in the day?

Hi All,

Need some advice really, my LO has recently become really not happy about wearing a nappy in the daytime. She is only 18 months and I didn't think they are able to be potty trained yet. She has always been advanced for everything mind you - walked at 10 months!

We have brought a potty but will sit on it but not do anything. She has started to go into another room or hide when she poohs now and does not like us around her. I don't think she knows when she needs to wee so how do I keep fighting with her to put the nappy on?

Has anyone else had the same experiences?

What about those pull up nappys? Have you tried them? Could possibly con her into think they are pants??

Good idea WG - will give them a go when I run out of the ones I have - not many left!!

It is so hard as she has not got the speech to go with everything although she can understand everything!!!
