Hi again
'Message to Self'
This is the best day I have had in a very long time, the worst might just be over, and I daresay there are still bad days to come, but I was back today - in fact my husband noted a transformation last night.
Just wanted to write this down. Maybe the blip has ended for now. I cannot remember the last time I felt so relaxed all day long. Hopefulx

Thats fantastic HopefulX
But don't expect too much-remember improvement is when good days outway bad. Long may it last - but don't get too dissapointed if there are bad times. Just remeber you had this and can do again.
Don't mean to sound negative just want us all to remember this - me included-we can get better!

Hiya Hopeful,
Really pleased that you're feeling better. Doesnt it feel great after days/weeks of feeling anxious and just not right?
I had my AD's upped last week cause I was anxious all day every day and I just couldnt shift the feeling....I've also started to feel better, which is great....Long may it last for us.
Did you take medication in the end or did you manage without them? I guess if I hadnt taken the meds then eventually I would have felt better in myself?? Who knows..Sorry Hopeful, I have come on here to say that I'm pleased that you're feeling better and I've rambled on about me....Sorry flower!!!
Anyway, I'm so pleased that you're on an up...Keep going...We'll get there in the end..Love n hugs Cinders xxx

Hi Cinders, I know, isn't it such a relief - even if only for a couple of days... And I'm so glad you're on the up too..I do still have the prescription and I have decided to take it if work gets the better of me next year - but it won't be easy as for some reason, I am phobic of medication.. Anyway, how are you? I must find your thread agaon on the board. How was you weekend? Lots of love Hopeful

hiya Hope ful
Sorry to be misery lately - you must see my diary - can't be same person! I even drove car tonite after 6.00pm in dark ! Knowing parking back at home might be difficult! in past the pending fear of being blocked out of my "drive" would have stopped me going any where, but tonite i was out there!

Hmmm, Could be a long night
Been trying to go to bed for a while
Darling son has tummy bug - sickness and all that goes with it..hate it when they cry with pain. Hubby and I just feel hopeless as to how to help sometimes!
Anyway, team effort and little man is asleep, so cuppa tea and bed for me soon...won't have problem sleeping - just being woken - Lol

Hi Hopeful,
Shame about your kids being ill when you've been feeling so good too. At least you know you'll cope? Glad things are looking up for you, me too actually. Its great isn't it.
Just wanted to say i've been thinking about you and well done.

Hi Yes I am much better thanks- I seem to have kicked the virus thing off quite quickly, as it was awful from yesterday afternoon until this morning - but little one hasn't, so I am ready for a long night shift... But I feel ok in myself for a change and even went shopping with bab this afternoon (he slept). Got some more stuff for Christmas, quite good for me really - rarely go out all afternoon in the car and around shops Lots of love Hopefulx
