Had meeting with CTM and HR today. Have told them that I don't know if I can come back to ward work at mo, too few staff, too much stress, too long hours. They asked if they could get OHSAS to see me again, and in meantime they are going to look for something else for me to do which makes the most of my skills, while not being detrimental to my health. They will see me again next month, so all in all, quite a positive meeting. Kids were at nursery today, so I did some cleaning, and then had a very decadent nap, before colecting them. Have uncuffed hubby, to let him out for the evening, kids are in bed, and I'm having a leisurely vodka and lemonade, and then an early night.

Thats great about your meeting - sounds very positive. Good on you for being so assertive and telling them that you will not be back yet and why. It does not sound like it would help to go back into the sort of stressful situation you describe. I only wish more employers were like that i.e willing to compromise and find you somthing worthwhile that is not so presured - mine certainly wasn't!!
God you have untied hubby and let him out? I hope he has a great time and you a nice early night

Not much been happening, just trying to enjoy the sun as much as poss! Still feeling really good, have noticed that I'm very tired around period time. So much for the coil stopping them!!!! OH has been off this week, so we've been spending quality family time together, which has been great. And its meant I can have a long leisurely nap in the afternoons!!!

Bit of a yeuck day today.
Hubby woke up looking like he had done ten rounds with mike tyson, so had to go to dental hosp. A root from his tooth is growing into his sinus's, AAARRRGGGHH! Although feel very sorry for him, meant I had to cancel my badly needed hair appt!
So, having a glass of wine, kids in bed and hubby jenning up for job interview tomorrow.
Keep your fingers crossed for us ladies, that one of us may not have to work for the NHS for too much longer!

After last posting, noticed bleeding from my right nipple. Spoke to gp on Fri, we're trying antib's first over the weekend, and if no change, then need to be referred for further tests. Discharge is still there, and am trying my best to stay calm. I suppose its one of the down sides to what me and hubby do for a living, sometimes I'd rather be oblivious to what things might be. Keep catching hubby looking at me, and I know what he's thinking! Have found the past few days really stressful, and I'm worried sick!
Anyway, onto something else! Went to see the new nursery today, think L is going to like it. Am going to take him to see it tomorrow, and then a nice family day out.

Hi Helen I have read that some ANTID's can cause happenings in the boob dept (not serious things) but sometimes milk production so maybe could be related to this? Has your hubby got a BNF?? Still best to get it checked though all the same. Thinking of you Love Jo xx

Ho Jo,
yeah, we've been through that, but prob is its blood coming from boob - it can only be 1 of 2 things.
Thanks for caring,
