1 whole stone down and counting ;D Can't believe it. I'm on day 21 so that makes it 3 weeks tomorrow. When I swapped from the attack to the cruise phrase I was expecting to stop loosing weight or even put a bit back on but I didn't it just slowed down a bit. HAve to admit the need for something crunchy has been difficult and I got the worst chocolate cravings last week when I had a period. I decided to have 1 treat day and I ate 1/2 packet of crisps and a few chocolates (mini heros). Then I became a bit lax with it all for a couple of days and ended up putting 2lb back on. Have to admit it wasn't too difficult to get back on track though. I went out this morning and bought myself a new dress and leggins to go underneath (as my thighs rub together ). To my amzement thge leggins actually fit and I've noticed my thighs arn't really rubbing together all that much at all now I set myself a target to loose 1 1/2 stone by 14th Aug as thats when we are having all 3 kids baptised. I'm fairly confident I can do that.

Thanks to you Giz I started the Dukan diet yesterday... and I've lost two pounds already!!
Whoop whoop!! The first day yesterday was hell though, I was a right moody cow (although moody anyway at the moment so the diet could just be an excuse lol).
Took my weight and all my measurements yesterday morning, so going to weigh myself everyday like it says and take my measurements again in a week!
Thanks for enlightening us all to this diet, I'm definitely happy with it as although I'm not a massive meat fan, the fact that you can still eat plenty of yoghurts, onions and 'thank God' a cup of tea or coffee still, by just making adjustments... Makes it more feasible long term... Plus it's only 5 days until you can eat veg so that's doable.
I didn't have all the ingredients for the oat bran galette until later yesterday and eating that definitely made a difference as it really fills you up, so I've had it first thing instead today!
