Today I got the urge to tickle and hug my baby really tight. You know when something is so cute and you love it so much, you just want to squish it? I thought it was a good thing, and I think my mom gets the same kind of reaction to 'cuteness' too, but what if that urge turns into something bad???

These worries you have are part of the illness. I know it is hard to trust your mind when it is making you feel this way but the fact you fear and dread these thoughts show how much you don't want to do them. Therefore you won't do anything you don't want to. Remember thoughts are just thoughts. You cannot control them but you can control your actions and that is all you need xx

I can't describe to you how much this site has helped me! Thanks so much for replying you guys! Just reading over my fears, they sound silly, but they seem so real and plausible when I have them, that it terrifies me. Just the support from all you lovely ladies has really made a difference in my day and how I think.
