Hi there and welcome.
Think you may be in the right place. Sounds like PND. Have you been to GP? When did you have baby?
Hope you find this forum as useful as I have!

I have suffered low mood since son was born 9 months ago. Had traumatic birth. Went back to work in business 4 months! Thought was super mum! Finally crashed physically in Jan time but thought was just stress from work!
Then I had panic attacks which were scariest thing ever! Exhausted all the time. Struggled to look after son and go to work. Short fuse and really confused all the time. Confidence went and started thinking was seriously ill! Like dying!!! Son had flu and I went into panic mode and had breakdown (only way can describe). Felt instinct to run away and felt couldn't look after son properly. Was so scared! Took reaction to two sets of anti depressants but finally 3rd set started to work! Nasty side effects though for 3 weeks. Then started feeling brighter. Could think clearer and felt more myself than had for very long time.
Have been seeing a counsellor past 4 weeks which has been best thing! Hearing yourself speak and a professional non emotional opinion and advice on how to deal with it is marvellous.
Sounds like some of the above may work for you. Unfortunately I found the doctors very unsympathetic and pay for counsellor myself. Feel that they let me down as had to go back numerous times!
But the best thing you have done is admit you aren't feeling good. If you get right support you may feel things turn around pretty quick. Everyone is different. But the forum has been amazing! Feel less lonely and less insane!!!!
Keep your chin up and have a good read through some of the girls stories. You will be just fine :-)

Hello princesstianna and welcome
Hope u don't me posting in ur diary . It's common to suffer from a whole range of all sorts of symptoms many of which you might not automatically link to pni. That was the case with me. I too felt so physically ill - exhausted for no reason I also suffered from panic attacks.
Have u seen ur dr or health visitor . It's certainly worth getting support as it can help u recover quicker. For me as well my time with pni was dreadfully. It felt as of I'd never recover but I did and so will youx
