Unsure and scared

So I've got a little girl and she's 3month old now. Thought I would get used to being a mum but still finding it hard sometimes I get so stressed and feel so mad. I would never hurt her but I feel so angry sometimes. I'm always so tired no matter how much sleep I have and me and my boyfriend argue all the time. Sometimes I wish I could run away and leave my baby behind but then later I get so mad at myself for feeling that way I know having a baby is difficult but I didn't think you were supposed to feel sad nearly all the time. Before I got pregnant I was on citalopram 1 40 mg tablet day and I stopped when I got pregnant. I don't wanna see a doctor because I'm scared they'll try and take Aryia I'm just worried this feeling won't go away. I still have good days, like we went swimming with her today but most of the time I feel so alone and useless

Congratulations on your baby girl . I'm sorry you feel so alone. The symptoms you describe are very typical of PNI- feeling useless, upset, frustrated, angry and generally unhappy .

Please please get help from your dr. Your baby won't be taken off you. That only happens when the child is at risk of serious harm and neglect and clearly that's not the case here in any shape or form. Over 20% of mums feel like you as that's how many are affected by PNI.

Why were you on anti ds before pregnancy (if you don't mind me asking). Perhaps going back on meds is the solution - certainly is imagine some sort of talking therapy can help hugely. Do talk to Drs about all of this and perhaps your oh so he knows how you feel .
