Hi hun, absolutely sure, will discuss hand over nearer the time. I found with C.J. that I was huge really quickly as well. Picture the seen - my uniforms were a size 40 and thats not a european size ;D There wasn't enough room for me to do ward rounds, or even talk to patients at their bedside - I had to use sign language from the top of the ward ;D love and hugs x

;D LOL, good mental images helen!!! Have been having a bit of a stressful time, had some bleeding and have had various scans, examinations etc but FINALLY today I saw my baby's heartbeat ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D There was some indecision about whether the preg was going to go the distance but I have a blurry picture of a blob..scan pictures at 6.5 weeks aren't too exciting! But seeing that little flicker of a heart beat was, believe me! I had a scan about 10 days ago and they couldn't tell me either way so I've been preparing for the worst, especially when my body seems to want to bleed at random points! But I think it's slowly sinking in that I'm not losing the baby.....Oh bloody hell, LABOUR! xxxx

I'm glad everthing is looking good for you now. The bleeding is an awfal feeling isn't it especially when they say they're not sure coz babe is too small to tell. Believe me I've been there, just puts you in limbo. Anyway you have a fighter on your hands So I am in a funny mood today and thought I would wind up the boobie watchers by letting on that I am a E/F cup naturally, was pre kids and still am so you can imagine what happened when I was pregnant. I couldn't sleep on my front at all and it wasn't my belly that was stopping me.

Hi
Also to try and give you some reassurance, I bled quite a bit with my second son and it was all fine. So pleased your scan today went well. it's so lovely seeing that heartbeat.
Take it easy

Hi Catreina
If it is not enough that I am massively jealous of your pregnancy, I am now even more jealous of your boobs! At my biggest boob size when i packed in breast feeding andthey swelled like water melons i prob bordered a D cup, but soon went back down to my little old B cup (though not quite as pert!) LOL

Me too, I wish I had an F-cup Gizmoracer (a C would be nice). That reminds me, did anyone see the news about Dolly Parton in Rotherham? I actually thought of Caterina when I saw her (can't for the life of me think why ).

LOL! You are all bad ladies mocking me for my boobie saga! For the smaller boobed ladies..don't wish for this!! The cups could be used as a parachute..they also fit quite nicely over bub's head when she hauls my bra out of the washing basket and comes through wearing it as a hat! My sister has no boobs..probably an A-B cup and even normally I envy her thin strapped, lacy triangles she calls bras, imagine my horror with the white cotton boulder holder I am currently wearing! I wouldn't mind so much if mat bras weren't so expensive!! Gizmo.....I hear ya hun! Feeling mighty spewy today but I don't care..it's a good sign and as long as I stuff my face at regular intervals it seems to keep it at bay! No more bleeding today, am checking thousands of times a day just to be sure but I'm sure I'll chill out in about 9 months time! Good to hear about healthy babies from bleedy pregs, I didn't have this at all with 1st bub so unchartered territory for me. Feels like a totally different pregnancy all round..maybe a boy this time? I don't care, just curious as they don't tell you in this area any more and I knew 1st time round. xxx

Good news, maybe it was just when your little one was implanting deep in your uterus. This sounds just like me, I checked loads as well. Keep us updated hun Love Scarlet X

Hi Clarey! CONGRATS TO YOU!! ;D My dates are showing late July but something to do with my cycle being long I'm probably nearer mid August so who knows! Will be good to compare notes though..how are your booboies?? I have a small rant..went for my booking appointment today with midwife and she had a student midwife with her who was running the clinic with supervision, I already have my pregnancy notes which they ask you to fill in with past medical history, naturally I wrote PND as part of that, so this student is scanning through the notes and says 'Oh I see you had a touch of post natal depression after your last pregnancy' I could have clouted her! You get a 'touch' of food poisoning or a cold..grrrrr. I said nothing as quite frankly I couldn't be arsed with her but I am fizzing about it now..if this is coming from a student then what hope do we have? Surely uni's are teaching our future midwives about PNI? Anyhoo, I'm not letting her annoy me any more, I'm going to watch TV and scoff some sweets! ;D xxxx

Hi girls Update on the preggy lady..sitting at 13/14 weeks now and finally the nausea is maybe perhaps possibly beginning to subside! Have been feeling pretty rough so haven't been around for a bit, I'm just trying to catch up with everyone on here. I do need a bit of advice - I have had some ructions with my community midwife as she has made some mistakes in my care. As a result I have written a complaint letter, now do I send it? I have to deal with this woman for the rest of my pregnancy and to be honest I wouldn't trust her to look after my goldfish, let alone my unborn child. I have absolutely no faith in her any more. I have briefly spoken to her boss who is also a complete cow so I don't see the point of sending the letter, but then I think what about all the other women they see who won't speak up and cause a fuss? Who looks out for them? I really don't want to be stressed out during my antenatal appointments but I feel I would be double checking everything she did. There's just the one midwife at my GP (country bumpkins) so I can't even request another one. Does anyone know if I can go to another practice just to use their midwives? I had my antenatal care done mostly in England with bub no 1 and I couldn't fault it, I am seriously considering moving back down until I pop with this one!! Family and friends.. aka free babysitters all here though so couldn't be permanent..anyone got a spare room for a crazy, tearful, pukey Scot? What do you reckon girls? To send or not to send?? xx

Thank you for this thread that I have just found. caterina you have just made me laugh reading about the floating Boobies. Big boobies are no joke are they? They seem to get in the way and are uncomfy. But its nice to read the amusing way you talk about them. lol
