Thanks YoYoxxxxx Well girls, not a good day today- anxiety seems to have grabbed me again - thought I'd said goodbye to panic attacks I'm guessing that a build up of stress might lead to this? Not sure if anyone else has had a similar experience? Anyway, big hugs to anyone who needs onexxx

Hiya flower, How are you doing today? I hope the anxiety has calmed down for you? I still get bursts of it now and then and its just trying to cope with it.
