Hi Well, still feel a bit anxious today & negative Last night hubby (recently bereaved) said that he'd been having some mild versions too of the symptoms I'm experiencing in this blip - 'trying to get the oxygen in' ie. panic and breathing probs. etc. And said he could relate more closely now to some of the symptoms I've been experiencing this week... I will keep my eye on him! Hopefulxx

Hi Hopeful Hope you're all ok. MArk sometimes gets mild symptoms of what I get too - bad sleep and a little down too - really makes me worry so much when he's bad so he must worry about me even more! Love Marion

Hi YoYo, At the risk of sounding rather negative - bloody awful morning, but picking up now. I actually believed I was dying this morning and even writing that now seems strange... I have just had a quick heart/ lung check for reassurance as I really was in a highly agitated state Hubby has just gone to get beta blockers (had to come home from work) and I have some diazepam just in case. Today is really an odd day, but I'm sure I'll pick up. Thanks for the message. How are you? Hopefulxxx

Wish there was something I could do or say to really help youx x x Thinking of you lots x So sorry the anxiety is back with a vengeance, it gets no easier to deal with does it?!! Good for you for getting checked out, hope you can begin to relax a little and the anxiety subside - do whatever it takes to get yourself feeling more normal again x x
You go steady x x Don't pressure yourself x

Hi hopeful Really hope this blip doesnt last - I'm sure it wont - you seem to have had a lot to deal with over the last few weeks. Do betablockers help with the anxiety - a consultant I saw last thurs said I may need them to help with palpatations but he is referringme to a cardiologist first. At least you know the signs now and can catch the bad spells early on before they completely take over. You've been such a positive role model on this forum and always know what to say to me to make me feel better. Do hope you feel a little better soon. Lots of love Marion (Chloe sends you a cuddle - she's very good at them!)

Thanks you ladies, that helps so much.
You bring a tear to my eye..
This is just a blip isn't it and it will pass. But I am happy to try the beta blockers to start with as frankly I could do with the respite.
It helps so much that we all understand each other doesn't it? Bl**dy PNI!
Thanks againxx

Thanks Hannah, that's so lovely xxxxxx --------------------------------------------------------- Feeling slightly better today. Going to make myself drive somewhere later on. Husband's arranged to work from home for the rest of the week - so I'm not alone which is good.
It's a lovely day here, really sunny, so hope to get outside a bit more as this seems to help
Lots of love xx

Felt desperate this morning so took some medication for the first time since having PNI - diazepam. It seemed to work quite well in taking the edge off things.
Hopefulxxxxx
