is it too soon? i dont know whether it's the cream or just me but i felt really good today. much better than this time last week anyway.
went for a walk! beautiful day, felt so proud as we were walking and, almost content. i was buzzing in and out of the shops, bought a beautiful statue of one of the buddhist gods - the god of compassion (but i forget the name).
Tlws is teething i think, she's been quite distressed on occassion the past few days and earlier on i looked at her gums and saw a little white thing emerging. just rocked her to sleep; bless her!
my partner's going away tomorrow until thurs. im a bit nervous, dont know whether ill cope. ill have to. mum said she'll stay with me tues and wed so it's only tomorrow and monday that ill be completely on my own. i think my friend's are popping in tomorrow but still; it feels daunting. i really dont want him to go! i feel scared that he'll be so far away. im going to try to keep occupied and i might phone apni if it all gets a bit to much.
the idea of him going is probably a lot worse than the reality.
cant stop thinking about that awful disturbing dream i had last night. it was really sick and violent. i can usually shrug off dreams but this one was just too much. dont know whether its the tablets or just me.... hope tonight is better anyway.
been really flatulent the past few weeks! is this a side effect? no matter what i eat, good or bad i can let off these huge farts. ive made tlws jump a couple of times! my digestion os also very sluggish at the mo and im eating extemely well, lots of brown rice, porridge, fruit and veg. im thinking about going for colonic irrigation.
suck all the crap out of me

today i feel good.
had a wonderful sleep (didnt get up til 1 : o) ) then got up to do some exercise and ever since have been buzzing around on a high!! then my best mate phones up and said she's got us some Morrissey tickets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! woo hoo!!!!! not til MAy tho I cant wait. then we had chinese and watched big brother (have been addicted)
the only downer today was that i felt a bit panicky for about an hour but the panic was no where near as bad as at the beginning. i think i was just expecting to feel awful because im so used to it.
it feels as though ive got a lot of catching up to do with tlws. like ive been 'away' for some months and i am slowly coming back....

Hi gail It's a strange feeling - like you've been away isn't it? My psychotherapist said 'enjoy getting back into your own skin'...ooooo god I have. I am glad to be back . Thought I never would be at one point. Hope your weekend is going wellxx
