WE went last year and the kids loved it. Be prepared for queues and rubbish and expensive food

got cavans haircut booked for the 25th, and my counselling booked for 31st!! also had my loft insulation topped up today courtesy of a warmfront grant however i am not sleeping or eating well and feel i may be entering a blip. i keep waking in the night wishing i had someone next to me, then i remember hes gone now and i feel sad, even after everything hes done. why? surely i did the right thing by ending it? i dont know anymore

hey hey hey!! im back. cavan had a great time. i enjoyed it but the room was miles away from the main areas (15 mins walk from the restaurant and main entertainment pavillion), and a shower cubicle when i had asked for a bath. we couldnt swap as it was fully booked. the entertainment and staff were wonderful, and there wasnt a night i was sat alone once they knew i had come by myself with cavan. as far as the food was concerned, the best bit was the all you can eat buffet meal deal at pizza hut, £5.49 for as much pizza, pasta and salad you could squeeze in lol, plus all drinks came with unlimited free refills. the resort food was less than average, all the breakfast was swimming in grease, it was either the full english or cereal, where i am more used to having fruit and yoghurts. dinner was ALWAYS fishfingers or chicken for the kids, with chips or mash and baked beans. for the adults there was ALWAYS a curry dish, a pasta dish, or traditional english "food". lets just say we both made the most of the Hut lol. cavan did a couple of pictures for me at kids club, and they did face painting and a character meet session, one with bob the builder and spud, the other with billy bear. if your child gets 6 stickers or signatures in their "passport to fun" book (one for each activity they attend or book task they complete), they get to attend a graduation ceremony where they get up on stage and get a special certificate. cavan got his with some help from me and the redcoats
