Hi Noodles Sure - join in, any diet tips you can share are most welcome here too!! It's just not fair - I think we should bring back Roman times when voluptous curvy women with bent noses and messy hair were sexy (i'd be a supermodel if that was the case!!LOL) ! Also to give you a bit of an incentive too how about I will donate £1 for each 1lb you lose by May 29th? That way you don't have to worry about collecting in sponsor money etc etc but still can feel a part of things? (PS: Please don't lose too much )

Ok, i'm going to join in too, i have been doing a weight loss thing with my mum and sister, we all put a £5 per week into a kitty and whoever has lost the most weight that week gets the kitty money. In theory its a good idea but in practice its not so good as my mum has the most weight to lose and seems to be losing more than we are! She has won the most and my sister and I have won once each (mine was last week) I have cut down my sugar intake (i used to have 2 spoons in my tea, now down to one) and i'm trying to do more excercise which isn't easy with 3 kids around. So i'm gonna join in and any money i win from now until 29th May from my family weigh in i will donate as well as raising as much sponsorship as i can. My weight today is 11st 2lb and i'm 5ft 2in.
GOOD LUCK GIRLS
Loadsa Love

That's brilliant sarah, joining us dieters (you'll be able to tell who we are by our shakes from chocolate withdrawal!!! ) LOL
Diet - so far so good, only been on it for a day though!! Problem - I've got a meal out at pizza express Friday lunch (I do mystery shopping ad hoc) and I HAVE to have a glass of wine and at least 2 courses!! (they do salad's but their pizza's are to die for as are the puds!! HELP!!)

I read somewhere YoYo, be good 80% of the time, and bad 20% of the time. Maybe you could use the meal as your 20% or walk a bit further after the meal??
