I think we'll all surprise ourselves - keep us updated as to your losses. I'm doing mine each monday I think (although after a weekend of eating and drinking maybe that isn't such a good idea!!)

It's tricky isn't it?!
For some just cutting out snacks works - for other little and often is best rather than full meals - others cut out choc and aochol or reduce it. For me none of this works - bizarre! I've had to stick to a rigid controlled diet instead - joy!

Just wondered how everyone was getting on with their weight loss? Are you all managing to stick to your diets!
I was going to join in but didnt really feel up to it and wasnt feeling brave enough to stand on the scales! Did it this morning though and it wasnt quite as bad as I was expecting - I'm (get ready for this.....) 13.7 and 5ft 8 - this may sound really big to some of you but since I was expecting to hit the 14 mark I was pleasently surprised!
Not really dieting but am trying to eat sensibly - could do to lose some so will see if any falls of naturally over the coming weeks (would love to get down to 11 again which is what I was before getting pregnant - none of my clothes fit me now!).
Good luck to everyone and although I'm not prooperly dieting with you, I am sort of.....
