still feeling no better at all got cpn boss out tomoz with my support worker as shes seen me at my worst so cpn boss dont think im lyin as usaual that how bad i feel i cant see no light at the end of this tunnel not this time

today went ok he come out seen how low i am and he even said i was serverly depressed but i still have to wait to weeks for phycaitrist for review on my meds my support worker was great she told him straight i need more help and support from cpn but one good thing come out today cpn boss is going to look round if any charitys wil pa for an holiday for us
oh they wanted me back in crisis house but i cant be away from ruby again

I care, I know Tony does,the rest of the girls here do, and you children care. I don't think anyone understands this illness unless they had it. If the psychiatrists really understood they would do so much more to help.
