Hi kelly
How was last night? What are you thinking of doing today? I Started some new drugs on Saturday night so waiting to see how they work. Before you went to the crisis house you said your cpn was an issue. Have you resolved it? Or is she still driving you up the wall?

Hi Kelly, well done for starting a diary here. As has been said, write whatever you need to here. It helps me so much, just waffling on about my day, these girls are my support net and stop me falling and hitting the ground. How are you today? xxx

Hi Kelly
Wow I am impressed by the train and taxi journey, I have not been to the shops properly for months and months. In fact pretty much stay glued to my village. On the cpn thing, have you tried talking to her about this? I can imagine it is really hard. If you don't think that is possible you could write or call the service manager. Other options are to ask someone to speak to you cpn or the service manager on your behalf. I can imagine how difficult that would be, it took a long time for me to get the courage to do this but it is so much better when you healthcare professionals are people you trust.

Well done for making the train journey. I love skegness. Went to Butlins for a week there. I remember they had a good pirate ship. I was only 13 at the time lol. It is hard, going out alone, with this illness, you feel scared and vulnerable when out without anyone with you. I think the CPN thing is hard. As Kat says, there must be someone you can contact, whether it be telephone, or email if you dont want to talk directly to them, to change to someone else. Again, as Kat says, it should be someone you feel at ease with as much as you can, and that you can trust. Hope you have a relaxing calm evening. xx

Hi hun
Yeh that's normal, I know alot of the girls feel that way at times and sure they'll be along later to talk. I've felt empty but not exactly how you feel but know others do feel that way.
About your CPN... I know it's not nice basically saying you don't like having someone but they do understand that not all personalities mix and sometimes you need someone different. I'm sure if you just say it's not personal or that you don't like her, but you just don't feel able to fully open up to her so would like to try someone else, then they will understand and not be offended.

Hi Kelly
Ye the numb feelings are normal, I have had them a lot, my psychologist says they are a mix of the drugs working and our brains starting to cope by pushing all emotion out.
Hope today goes ok. Saw you live near skeggie, very jealous I would love to live by the see.

Hi, as has already been said, the numb feelings are experienced I think by a lot of ppl with this illness. I get it on and off. No great happy feelings, and not really massive lows for me, just a steady levelness where I am able to cope and get on with life. No enthusiasm if that makes sense? As Kat says, it is a mix of drugs and brain power. Everyone responds differently. Hope your day goes well. x
