I hope it wears off for you soon hun. It takes so much out of you when you have to mess about getting used to tabs all the time, if only it was like antibiotics. Other than the dizzyness and nausea how do you feel? think they are helping?

I still have the same physical symptoms, but i think maybe they have lessened a bit. And when i do feel really bad i seem to manage it a bit better, so yeah i guess they are. I think the real test will be when i am back at work, then i will know if they work or not! Thanks for all the support guys x

I know you are prolly anxious about getting back to work Winegirl, but it might be just what you need hun, to get you out and about and stop the pre-occupation with this damn illness...I know only too well what it's like to be a stay at home mum...too much time on my hands to reflect and think. There are times when I would love to be out in the workforce and do something 'productive' and earn some money.
By the sounds of it the Cipralex are doing their job, and I think you will notice a real difference in the coming weeks.
Hugs

Thanks Scarlet x
I have had appt with ENT specialist about te dizziness today (only tok 16 months to get there), and she has disgnosed migraine associated vertigo (not bad considering i dont really suffer headaches!). Anyway, she has prescribed beta blockers for it, which is somthing that is also given for anxiety, but she says it shouldnt react with the cipralex. Hope there are no vile side effects with these damn things too!

Day 14 - not feeling so bad. Still struggling on and off but having the odd hour or so of feeling human. Morning panics are milder which is good. Apparently 5mg is a really low dose, but dont want it upping so hope it's enough!

Day 20 - damn anxiety all day today, but mental health woman did say i would have good day and bad days at first, oh well, with this stuff on top of the beta blockers you would hope it all kicks into my system soon.
Forgot to ask, i am on beta blockers for migraine, but it is used to treat anxiety too, just wondered if anyone had any experiences of them for this?
Plodding on..
