I went back in January full time, but have just persuaded them to drop me down to 4 days a week, as i felt i never saw my daughter and was just too tired to deal with everything. Been doing these hours since september (minus the 6 weeks of sick) and I do feel a bit better for it.
Thanks for your support hun x Really kind xx

Hows work going Winegirl? Have the meds settled down now hun? Actually I meant to say (looking back at my meds ~ memory lapse ) that I did take beta blockers for a couple of months at the beginning of my illness when I was pregnant. They were called 'Visken' (pindolol) and I was on 5mg. I remember the doc said they were to help absorb the ADs and anxiety med.

Update:-
Thought these were doing their magic thing, but been suffering a bit the past few days. Have been advised to double my dose twice a week for two weeks then alternate my doubled dose after that. I am wondering if this could have caused me to feel crap again as it has only been since taking my first doubled dose that the physical stuff and anxiety has come back?
We will plod on with the experts advice and see how it goes...

Hi Winegirl,
I do hope the meds settle and they begin to make you feel better soon. It is hard when we need meds, but the meds mess us up.
You deserve to feel well. Bl**dy anxiety! Hugs Jay xx
