Not you too! Hubbie persuaded me to have chip shop chips and sausage Monday night. Why are men just not good for our diets hey? And my hubbie is supposed to be doing WW too.

I do Slimming World (I've done weight watchers twice but can't stand depriving myself of huge portions - I lose weight on weight watchers quite quickly but it does go back on)
Slimming World basically works on eating mostly healthy food like fruit veg, pasta, potatoes, lean meat and fish. You restrict dairy and bread/cereals but eat as much as you like of the healthy food. You can have chocolate, crisps, wine etc but you have syns to cover these on top of all the free food.
You do have to cook from scratch a lot to get the most out of it though so not great if you're really busy.
I think WW online has two diets - one that involves counting everything you eat and another that is a bit more like slimming world.

I tries slimming world but it confused the hell out of me - it was the whole red day green day thing and i think you have to be pretty organised for it - whereas i am the sort of person who grabs on the go, and so got confused with what i could have and when and gave up after a week!
Today is diet day off (fri is as a ritual) which means takeaway and wine for me tonight.. COME ON! LOL x

Mission this week is NO drinking in the week. Gym 3 times this week, and trying to consume about 1300 cals...
Must work harder!

Hey WG, well done for not putting on and for going to the Gym. I am just rubbish at exercise, hate it, so am in awe of all you ladies who work out etc.
Thought you were going to join weight watchers? Have you decided against it now?

My aim this week is to loose 2 Ibs and up going to the gym (only went once last week with all work on)
