10 st 10Ibs... damn you meds! (amd wine) But started a new exercise programme this week! Since the anxiety came back i stopped going to the gym. So today I started a new running plan! It looks very good, and day 1 wasnt too bad - but the end of week 8 looks impossible! Not eating much but back to drinking like a fish (i blame the meds )

Dont' despair! Sounds as if you've got a plan to hand. It's hard though with the meds but you'll be really fit even if you don't lose weight as fast as you planned.x

Right so on top of drinking and eating a gross amount the past week, I am back on the beta blockers - so this journey is going to be tough! However, I have a plan for the new year...
1) NO alcohol Mon - Thursday. 2)1400 cals a day MAX 3) back to this running training programme 3 x a week 4) No more lifts at work - stairs all the way! 5) swap 2 cups of tea a day for water
My new programme will most certainly start on the 02nd Jan. I will lose a stone before June - FACT

RIGHT, havent been here for a while but figure summer is coming and it NEEDS sorting.
So still around the same weight, can starve or eat for england and it doesnt change. But need to get ass in gear for race for life in July so perhaps should start getting fit for that!
So will weigh in on monday and start again... anyone else joining me on this??

PMSL!!!!! You are soo right TM, the fact that I havent posted is a clear indicator that I have done erm... bob all!
Had big plans to get back on with exercise but its normally 11pm at night before i finish everything important so never seem to find half an hour!
Think i need to timetable this in..
Also whilst not eating still drinking faaaarrr too much wine, so calorific intake must be horrendous!

Today is a new start!
I rarely have problems on the food front, but most definately on the drinking and lack of exercise front!
So as I am working at home today I have just been out on my bike for half an hour. I am having only 1 glass of wine tonight. And i plan to do half an hour on the wiifit too.
Of course, being back on max dose of meds is a HUGE problem, i dropped a stone when i was off them, but i am certain half the battle is that the anxiety makes me drink, so this is the main issue to tackle..
