Going to continue this diary for a bit - not sure if it's residula PNI or something else but hopefully this will give me an idea of what's going on....
Previous to today... I feel very muddled in my head I can hardly concentrate - I'm reading things but it's not registering I have slept 11pm - 8:15 solid then 4-6pm and still would love to go back to bed! My period didn't come this month - feeling v hormonal though - teary/ratty/odd I've been fairly happy though but not connecting with it. I feel dizzy. I have no appetite but am eating well - as I have to feed the family so feed myself too.
=========
Today: Have been v quiet (not like me) at work. Can't be bothered with anyone - too much effort. Shaky eyes - can't ge them to stay still - if I look in a mirror I can see them moving side to side - feel like I'm drunk! Heavy body - whilst sat feel like I'm sat further down in the floor (does that make sense- used to get this when depressed with PNI) No appetite - although I think some of the sickness could be becuase I'm hungry?? Seem to feel a bit better after eating something. Diahorrea - not literally running ot the toilet but at it about 3 times a day Sickness - comes on quickly - no actual vomit (too much info sorry if you're eating) but feels horrid! Dizziness - think this is due to the eyes thing Mood = ok, just a little short as I feel so crabby.
No period yet (haven't had one since Dec 16th)

Hiya
Not so bad today - just tiredness that really washes over me and makes me feel really lethargic. Have a dry mouth and feel like I have a scarf round my neck a knotted a little too tight (not sure if that makes sense). If I keep busy & don't stop to think about how I feel I'm not too bad but with little one there are too many quiet or still times to do this, plus I'm too tired at the mo. Think I'll have to get blood tests done for thyroid etc and just check blood balance - will have a word when I take Jake for his Jab on Tuesday. Not involved GP yet - wanted to see if it was just dregs of the virus thing I had.
How's you?
Yeah test = negative. Did it last week so shoudl have had enough to go on. Weird.

Hi
Glad you enjlyed your day out - it can be such a boost. Maybe you're feelign a bit crappy due to PMT, which can mimic PNI at times. And for some reason it's late? Do you breastfeed?
Hope u feel better

Could be PMT , but this feels so much worse (have been left with lousy PMT since PNI) who knows. In fact I was talking with hubby's aunt today who has had the same virus bug thing and she was wondering if her thyroid was playing up (she's had prblems for a while with it) as she has been getting v simlar symptoms as when she was first put on meds - the symptoms she described were completely me - so we reckon that either we both have thyroid issues at the mo or it is literally just the dregs of this virus thing we've both had recently. Hmmm back to square one. As for the period thing - couldn't shed light on that as she's post menopausal so nothing t o compare on that one. I don't breastfeed so could be anyones guess.
============ Today: V slow start but have managed ok most of the day - getting weird joint ache in hands and legs and a bit headachey. Dry mouth still and feel like I'm wearing a scarf still but apart from that energy etc not been back and no sickness or dizziness. Eyes calmed down. See what tomorrow brings!!

Hi YoYo,
Yes, I felt very proud taking such a lovely young lady out for the day. She is gorgeous. I particularly liked the way she said really quite politely: ' I have a call mummy, just hold on one moment please ' (on her Argos 1.99 phone!)...the other funny moment was that she wanted a chemistry set (age 10 and up, so I said no (she had birthday money from family to spend) - just finished painting the kitchen) ..so she settled for a plaster of paris 'brain'. SO I can look forward to making that with the accompanying tubes of gore tomorrow - lol!
Sorry, digressed. The virus thing - there has been one going around where I work and the schools which literally takes weeks to clear - I remember when A was about 1-2 yrs - I had all sorts of very real viruses and illnesses. Nothing like I'd had before though. One in particular really affected my muscles - wow, I felt ill for ages with that one.
Anyway, hope you feel better soon, keep us posted
Lots of love Hxx

Your A - sounds such a cutie!!
===
Today went to Chinese doc for 'last' session of acupuncture and he's decided to give me a few extra treatments to perk me up. Says he reckons I've still got a virus lingering - lots of fluid & heat on my lungs (?!) so have had 'cupping' for that My back looks awful now!! LOL . Says he'll have me sorted in 2 or 3 sessions - worth a shot . Oh & he's put his prices up again - now it's £32 per session plus herbs so today was £42. Hope the 2/3 sessions thing is right!
Feeling a bit more congested this arvo - guess that's the stuff moving and hopefully come out soon. Yuck!
Took Jake for his MMR - bless him , he was so brave, didn't cry until the needle came out and then only for a minute or so. Gave the nurse some really evil llooks on the way out though LOL

Well, missed my second period now. Odd. Oh well.
Seems I'm going thorugh a 'blip' but it's worse than it normally is. Wondering if this is post-virul blip or just a bigger one - maybe you get them every now and then - came as a surprise, scared me a little as I felt I was on my way back down but a couple of days and I can tell I'm yo-yoing again which is good as I can see glimmers again. No where near as bad as I was last year or even in the last 6 months but finding it hard to roll with things again. Will get there .
