Well my weekend was crap we have found out we will be getting no help with paying for the nursery so its impossible to send hollie there as they want 150 pounds per week! so tomorow im looking after her its that or foster care im dreading it i have blood test at 9.20am so have to walk her down there in pushchair u arent allowed to take them in the surgery so leave them at the door (buggy not baby) and then she will be running wild while they try and take my blood i mean what the hell am i going to do im having a panic attack just thinking about it.

Hi Claire, I know exactly what you mean about going for appointments with kids in tow. I am always scared mine will run riot or start screaming and everyone will look at me. Normally I try and take a toy or something to distract them (sometimes the surgery have toys?). Usually blood tests are pretty quick, so hopefully you will be in and out before Hollie has a chance to get bored. Hope it goes ok - bet they are used to kids running about if they don't allow pushchairs in!

I am thinking of you today, going to the surgery.
And I am sending you loads of love and HUGS to help you through your ordeal of going out, and for your blood test. I wish I could suggest something to stop you panicking to day. But our bodies just seem to do their own thing I think. Try to breath slowly I suppose, is what we have to do. Breath in count 1-2-3- Hold it 1-2-3- very slowly let the breath out 1-2-3. Trouble is when we are in panic mode, we forget and can't think what we are doing!!!
Will look later to see how you got on. Take care Jay xx

Hi Claire How are you feeling now. These chest pains are a bit worrying, but they just seem to go after a while, and after really frightening us. the book the psychologist told me to read, talks about chest pain being panic going on to full blown panic atk. But I don't really understand it really. I did not feel panicky last week when I had the pain really bad. Jayxx

Hi Claire,
Glad it wasn't a heart atk. It was just a bl**dy nuisance instead!! If you are like me you will just feel sort of bruised, and like pulled muscles in your chest and back--lovely feeling!!
What 'out of comfort zone' thing are we going to try this week? Oh you were brave having your blood taken, and going to the surgery. That could be yours for this week. I have got to face work the today. I only hope that they have not booked for me to take someone out, I have this fear of being out with a customer, and me freaking out and either throwing up for nearly passing out. Could make the day more interesting though!!
Will look in later to see how your doing. Jay xx
