Am I allowed to rant and swear today cos I could really let rip right now! Sorry ladies had a big ding dong with OH this am, I am off work today and he is doing 2-10pm shift possibly overtime and we had a really bad night with J (teething again and full of cold) Didnt get much sleep, and J still got up early this am and as always I get up to do his am bottle and sort him out and OH had a lie in, just slept on while I sorted J. Ok thats no big deal I suppose but I also do it all and usually take him to nursery when i am at work. OH said I only had an hour extra.......and then said look at all the times I have let you sleep....to which I said I needed due to lousy stinking PND, its alright giving that support and then bloody chucking it in your face!!!!! No wonder I felt guilty all the time I was resting when needed. Sorry ladies I am really peed off n tired and you know what that usually kicks off!!
Needless to say we have hardly spoke this am, and J has had nearly two hours dinertime nap.
AAAARRRGGGHHHH Stress. Anyone see where I am coming from???

Hi Ladies I am a lot calmer today so it is safe to talk to me again (lol) OH said I over reacted yesterday. I think we will just have to agree to disagree on that one! Bloody men. Yesterday was hard cos had J on my own all for the rest of the day and he was grouchy with teething, I was knackered and still festering over ding dong with OH so wasnt a good day. Better day today tho!

Hey Jo
I think the thing me and my oh argued most about when the kids were little babies was sleep. When the little one has a bad night now it usually kicks off some bickering over who's had the worst night.
It does improve - honest

Oh Jo. I can relate to the PMT alright. You will probably hate me for saying it now but it might help for next month. If you get alot of pain with your period try eating Marmite on the weeks up to it (bet you hate marmite don't you ) I used to have it most days and noticed that when I did my period was never so painful. Also if you crave chocolate try having a rich tea biscuit every few hours. Failing that my mum has an excellent reciepe for what I call PMT cake .. Its rich tea bisuits, loads of chocolate and evapoated milk .. thing is you can easly put on half a stone over one period by eating it but works great as a comfort food.

I like the AAAARRRGGGGHHHH'S girls!!! Let that frustration out!!!! PMT subsiding. I dont really get painful periods just achey boobs and my mood stinks! (Hence the other day!) This is how PND started for me in a way I noticed that after J's birth the PMT arrived big style every month then BANG, kind of lost it big style, so I guess PMT was my warning cos never had it that bad before. Hey girls if it was the first thing to come does this mean its the last to go? Heres hoping anyway:) Big hugs to you all, thanks for all your lovely posts xxxxxx

Hi ladies Havent posted for a while but have kept checking in to see how you are all doing, I have been busy at work - even did some overtime today - must be barmy!! I saw my psych this week and he will see me again in 4months and then probably discharge me!! Felt quite good earlier this week, slight dip in mood but not too bad now just tired and in need of my next counselling session I think - some things I need to thrash out with her regarding OH but other than that ok I think - had a little episode of mad thoughts tonight but brushed them off but then thought hum is it still there? am I just kidding myself that it is getting better ?? I suppose its just because it is my greatest fear that it never truly goes........... At my last counselling ssession she told me you do look over your shoulder for quite some time and then as time moves further on you can relax in the knowledge that it is gone for good.
