Joanne, Glad you had a lovely evening last night. My friend said the same thing to me, and we have drank plenty of wine together over the last few months I can tell you. This time last year I was in a psych ward and sometimes I can't believe how far I've come...then there's the dreaded pmt and it all changes in a flash. Cheers hun, here's to more happy days (and evenings ).

Had some shocking family news, my brother in law had a serious accident last Friday and is intensive care in Plymouth. If any of you believe in the power of prayer please pray for him to make a full recovery please. The Drs say he wont walk again - he is 26 years old - God can still do miracles, so please pray.
Thanks Jo xx

Hi ladies Thankyou for ur kind thoughts, sorry I havent posted much on here recently but as you can imagine it has been a stressful time. My brother in law has now had surgery which went well but is still really poorly. He has had some movement of his arm and some sensation in his legs but it is still really early days. As for PND had a few little blips which can only be put down to stress really, flying in from all angles! Started waking up again around 4ish which is a pain so tiredness is mounting up! Thinking of you all and wishing blip free days xxxxx

Hi joannem
Am praying for your BIL to have a speedy recovery x
Yes I think it is safe to say that you are bound to have blips at such a stressful time. Is there any chance of you getting a nap in the day? I find tiredness tends to make my PNI worse.
We are here whenever you need us x
Thinking of you

Feel really anxious today, dont know why not even PMT week. Think I am ready for my next lot of counselling! Why oh why does this stinking illness linger for so bloody long??? Does anyone think we will ever be the same again?
