Anita, I'm so sad for you sweetheart. Staying in and not seeing anyone must be really lonely and won't be helping you at all at the moment. I hope the doctor sorts out the counsellor for you very soon and the health visitor gets in contact as they might be able to suggest places for you to go and meet new people in a similar situation. I always talk far too much when I'm nervous and hate meeting new people but just think, in a year from now I bet you'll have new friends in the area and you'll be settled in . Lots of love, Bobyn xxx

Feeling a bit anxious this evening my hubby has gone out and I am all alone in the house and feeling real lonely and very sad. Feel like i just want to cry for hours and hours don't know why...I have been ok for the past few day but today i feel like i haven't got a friend in the world and that no-one really cares about me. I just want to be back to how i was, able to go out enjoy more self instead of being stuck at home with no-one around and feeling sad and anxious.....I am really fed up with this state of mind why arn't i getting any better??

Hey Anita, We all care LOTS about you. If you need to cry then sometimes it does feel better just to let it all out and have a good sob. If I haven't had a cry for a while it can be the littlest thing that sets me off and afterwards I do feel drained and exhausted but it's a huge release, so don't bottle it all up. You really will get better but it can take a while and meanwhile it's all little steps towards recovery. I wish I could wave a magic wand for you but instead I'll just send you a big hug and lots of hope for a better week. Lots of hugs and happy wishes, Bobyn xxxx

Hiya
You will get there - these things do take time. Don't beat yourself up about things, you don't deserve it. You are suffering and are trying to get well. Well done for trying to be positive, you will be free soon.
Lots of love xx

I could have told you that doing housework was dangerous LOL. Hope you're a bit better today and haven't actually broken anything? Take care and stay away from housework and chores x
