Hi ladies
Well was glad to get work over with yesterday, not back there now until Wednesday woohoo! Took Violet swimming today with one of my friends and her little boy who's a few months older than Violet so it was nice for them to play and the pool up the road has a baby pool with a little mini jacuzzi in for then... how cute! So that was nice, bloody tiring taking her swimming though trying to get us both dressed at the end of it! Will be nice for Matt to come with us too, he loves taking her swimming and it's a lovely pool.
Going to a soft play with the same friend tomorrow. She usually works full time so i'm making the most of it. Plus i'm without a car at the moment as matt is using it for work, but my car should be ready to pick up tomorrow or saturday so will be nice to have my own car again.
Going down to see matt's bro and sister in law on saturday, and then my mate's little girl's christening on sunday so got a busy few days coming up!
How is everyone else? xxx

Hey WG
Yeah i think i do have to be busy. I have a serious case of idle-itus though, i have to really force myself to do things alot of the time, although it does seem easier since moving back up here. i've always been the type of person to think far too much and sometimes i think that's where alot of my trouble lies, when i'm busy i don't think as much.
Work keeps me busy but i still hate it LOL!

You sound good at the minute. What a difference a day makes eh?

Hi ladies
Been ok past few days but been really busy. Feel a lot pissed off with my friend who takes care of Violet while i'm at work though. I kind of see i'm possibly being a little selfish but i'll offload it anyway. Basically my friend is 20 weeks pregnant and she got pregnant half way through training as a nurse so had to drop out of uni and so now has no bursary and can't get a job. She went a right song and dance when she knew i was going back to work that she wanted to take care of Violet and that she could do with the money and i pointed out to her that my daughter is somewhat a livewire and would be hard work but she said that she wanted her. So we basically agreed that she would look after her until the end of july and then she would go to nursery. 3 weeks she has looked after her and then last week she started having palpitations so went to A&E and they kept her in overnight and discharged her the next day as they didn't find anything wrong. Her boyfriend turned round and told her she was being a hypochondriac and although i wouldn't go that far i do think she might be reading too much into it. I believe it's anxiety but then i'm no doctor but alot of what she says fits with my symptoms. But anyway, she's not told me (giving me 2 days notice) that she can't have Violet anymore and i've now got to try and rush her into a nursery placement, if i can possibly get her one at this short notice, which is making me ever so slightly stressed. I don't want to rush this. So yes, that's the selfish side of my being pissed off about it all!
Other than that i'm ok. just wish i could relax just for a couple of days, it's just one thing after another to try and sort out and it's only ever me who looks for solutions to things. My wonderful boyfriend is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard when it comes to this sort of thing.

LOL - 'chocolate fireguard'!! Very good, I might use that one in future.
Yeah doesn't sound much fun about your friend dropping you in it - would be nice to have got Violet into a nursery slowly so less stressful for you both. Are your work being sympathetic to this - can they give you a couple of days to help sort it out? And yes perhaps she should have thought about how much she was taking on being so pregnant at the same time.

Hi Nicola
No, work are far from sympathetic, got no chance of time off. My mum is going to have wednesday off this week so i can sort a nursery place out for her for hopefully the following week or the week after that. Just so pissed off about the whole thing.
Been really blippy today. Don't know why i'm so anxious. I've been fine but last night and today i've been awful. Went to Ikea earlier just to get out the house and distract myself but it didn't work. I fely dizzy and clammy and just on the verge of panic. God i hate blips :-( xxx

Hi ladies
Just thought i'd pop in for a quick update. Been ok, a bit blippy but not too bad. I seem to get blips that last a couple of hours which is a definite improvement. Violet starts nursery tomorrow which i'm dreading but it's gotta be done. Plus she's been really clingy the past couple of days which isn't like her at all but then she had her MMR last week so maybe it's the effects of that. Still, really not looking forward to it :-(
How is everyone else?

Dude!!
She will be ok... the first few days can be abit odd for them but then they tend to settle in quiet well... After my daughter had been at nursery for three weeks (she was 8 months old) she didnt want to come home!!
She wil be fine and you will be fine, but it is ok to ring them every 10 mins if you feel the need to (i did).
How has this afternoon been for you??

Dude!!!!
God i have been so busy today... here goes. Started by ringing nursery to see whether Violet could be in a different room as my friend's little girl goes to the same nursery just in a different room and i'd like it if they were together and they agreed which has made me feel a little easier.
Then i went to town with Amy and baby Raife and walked a million miles round town and bought Violet some lush clothes. Then came home and gave Violet an afternoon snack before picking my mum up from work and going to matalan and then food shopping to sainsburys. And then i went to the gym with Amy and have only just got back and sat down for a chicken salad with cottage cheese (seriously how good am i?!)
And it's off to work for me tomorrow and nursery for Miss Violet. So busy busy busy! I love being busy xxxxxxxxxxxx
