Don't feel guilty about sending son to childminders. You need that break. I used to feel the same but childminder is happy regardless of whether ur working or not!
Lots going in re work. Listen - you've built up ur business once and sure u can do it again if it comes to a sale. Have u talked it over with hubby?x

Hey kmum, that's great about starting something in NI - Facebook groups are an easy way to start. I'm sure plenty mums have searched on there for connections. Connecting really helps doesn't it - I'm so glad I found this site. You were asking about the anxiety symptoms and I get jaw clenching, chattery teeth and had slurred speech but that's now developed into a full on stutter. I actually find the stutter easier - at least the words come out eventually. Before I would choke on each word as I was saying it. I get quite embarrassed about it especially as it only happens sometimes... Looks like I'm putting it on! I also get twitches, shakes and fidgety movements when I'm really stressed. It's almost laughable. Most people don't know in ill/ struggling as it's not visible so they get a shock when they see my like this. It's part of the reason I want to hide!! Hope the meetings get easier. Glad you're managing even in the middle of it xx

Hey kmum
How r u? U sound so busy. Work issues are a source of stress but perhaps if u sell business it will bring new opportunities after all you've built up one business sure you can do the same again. Have u spoken to hubby about it?

Hi girls. Well things in work have settled a little. Had a really bad day last week as was up a few nights in row with baby and with work i was so exhausted. Which set off my anxiety so bad. I sat in toilet in work and cried!! Called hubby to talk through a little and then worked away on a few things I knew I could get done and give me a little job satisfaction! This helps! Usually I jump from one task to another and it upsets me that I can't get things done! My day can often feel frantic instead of a preferred organised!!
With having such a bad day it'll upset me do much! I realised that my period was due!! Which totally made sense as I cried a lot last week!!!! The time if the month def makes it worse!! Definitely! That and tiredness!
Every day I'm tired. But am so enjoying my time with little one. He's nearly walking so always on the go but so much fun. When I'm feeling the anxiety coming I just look at him and try to use the whole mindfulness technique of concentrating solely on him for a while. Not think of anything else like work, tiredness, making the dinner...etc! It really helps :-)

Hi kmum
I think many of us find our periods make it worse. Mine does. mindfulness is helpful isn't it. I have used it for.years now but recently it's been quite powerful for me. I do it on the train in the morning beats looking at my blackberry
