Hi
So pleased the cbt went well. I was taught only a couple of cbt techniques but did find them useful in stopping negative thought patterns . Were you given homework?
It's bril that you e had 9 good days . Blips are normal - although can feel horrid after a good spell. Pmt feeling rubbish and tired can be triggers so take it easy x

Hugs - it is horrible if you're feeling low. Try to do nice things and focus on positives - your little girl , flowers in garden, the sun / it might give you a little lift .
It is perfectly normal to have blips- in fact they are a sign of recovery. Could you be due on - that often is a trigger x

I'm not too sure about my cycle yet as it hasn't returned properly since having Sophia! Problem is when I feel low Monica I feel like I don't love her and I don't want her but then the thought of her not being around kills me! My thoughts and feelings are so conflicted and I can't understand or know what's real/true! Do I want her? Do I love her? Etc It's heartbreaking it really is! How are you? X

This illness is so very cruel. The conflicting thoughts are a symptom and any thoughts about not living your daughter etc are not real. It's hard to feel positive about anything when you're low - obviously these thoughts are very distressing when they concern your child. Try to bat them away when they appear x
