Had a little blip yesterday....don't know why nothing really happened. Felt like crying all day...and the worst thing was trying to keep it together when everyone asks are you ok?? that question always gets me! Haven't had a blip for ages...and hopefully that will be the last for a while. Was worried that it was all comming back again but today feeling alot better so hopefully was a one off.
Work is going great and is keeping me focused!! and little one is loving nursery so couldn't ask for anything more.

The blips are horrible aren't they, little gits just creeping up on you from behind and scaring you again. You'll be fine again soon Anita. I had one recently and it passes very quickly, nothing like we remember from months ago. Hope you're all better now lovely lady, Bobs xxx

Hi Anita
Once into recovery with PNI I started getting low spells too. I think it was my was of my brain finally being able to grieve for all the anxiety and stuff I had suffered. It will lessen with time hun I promise, keep going babes, you are nearly there xx

I'm with WG on this one too. If I start to slip into those feelings and thoughts I just think about what I have planned for the day and make a list to work through to keep me busy. By the end of the day I find that it's started to pass a bit. I also think the weather plays a huge role in how I'm feeling at the moment so I just keep looking forward. You do need a bit of time every now and then though to let the barriers down and grieve for the experiences you've had. It's a rotten, horrible illness and I think we're all entitled to feel a bit sorry for ourselves every now and then that we've been through it. Chin up though Anita, you've done bl**dy brilliantly fighting it all so far xxx

Well not doing tobad this week so far....had another blip last week but managed to get through it. My Blips are really weird...well i think they are blips anyway? I just feel like crying, no particular reason but just want to cry and feel really upset and deverstated...Works going good....concentrating real hard makes the day go fast too. I do get paronoid don't know if thats the PND but always feel like people are talking about me? they probably arn't but thats how i feel.
Anyway onwards and upwards....i hope xx

Hi Anita
When I first got to work I was on paraniod city too. It was awful, but as my confidence returned the paranioa went. I am sure it will be the same for you too x
Hope it just gets better and better for you x
