Hi Shell
This time of year does not help many of us. It just brings to the surface all the things that hurt us. And having that on top of some tough therapy and everything else that is going on with you right now would be horrid for anyone to cope with.
Dont beat yourself up about the self harm. It is not good, but I know that when the time is right to you will stop again like you dod before and it will be hard but you will do it.
Death is not an option. I say it all the time but there is another side of PNI and its great when you get there. I promise there will be a time when you will tell me that you are so glad you are still here.

What a horrible day - i widh today was over.
Tried ringing Jack but Phil just hung up onme and wouldnt even speak to me.
Why do I even bother with anything.

struggling so much - not been anywhere or talked to anyone in days and even avoided computer so people dont talk to me. Havent eaten anything since xmas and just seem to sit around all day in my pjs watching crap tv and working out how best to kill myself. My cpn isnt back til next monday and cant face talking to anyone else in the team. I cant even be bothered to self harm at the moment and need to cry but cant. Dont think my meds are working either and i dont want to ever go out of the house or see anyone again

You had a really good spell a few weeks ago and you'll have another soon. But I know from experience how bad the bad times can get - esp. after a good spell.

Hang in there hun, if you feel able to try and phone up and speak to someone as it does help. Hopefully when you see your CPN they will help. You maybe need to ask about your meds and see if they can increase them or change them.
